The Revolutionary Unique Features of Guttershield G3 Meshes (patented)
The heavy duty G3 ribbed mesh is manufactured from Industrial grade High Density virgin Polyethylene with maximum UV stabilizers at a 1 kg weight per square metre, being the heaviest weight mesh on the Australian market.
The mesh is designed and manufactured with a super slip surface to assist in the slipping of tree debris past the top of the screen and down to the ground.
The hole size and shape has been designed to repel the maximum amount leaf and tree debris while allowing the highest volumes of rain water to penetrate the mesh.

Guttershield G3 has unique heavy duty ribs spaced at approximately 25mm intervals running the length of the mesh which has three functions, these are as follows.
Rib function 1. KEY LOCKING RIB:
The first rib on the gutter edge acts as a locking key (Patented) as it is clamped between the angle trim and the rim of the gutter. This prevents the mesh from pulling away from the gutter when any pressure is applied to the G3 screen eg: possums, cats, people, applying pressure to the screen, falling branches, large hail hitting screen, expansion and shrinking of the roofing materials etc.
Rib function 2. ANTI WATER SHEETING RIBS:
All the ribs running the length of the G3 mesh have a sharp vee extending approximately 2mm past the underside of the mesh creating run off points for the rain water. This system ensures that the maximum amount of water is directed into the gutter, through the mesh while reducing water sheeting over the top of the mesh in a heavy storms, resulting in the gutters getting a maximum flushing action, removing the 1% of fine leaf debris and silt from the gutters, while providing maximum quantity and quality water catchment for water tanks.
Rib function 3. MESH REINFORCING RIBS:
All the ribs running the length of the G3 mesh act as reinforcing ribs preventing the mesh from tearing past any rib whenever the mesh is put under stress, eg: Hail storms, people and animals, tree branches and other objects falling on the roof and screen, expansion and shrinking of the roofing materials etc.
Compatability
Guttershield G3 gutter protection systems are designed to be compatible with all roofs and gutter materials including Copper, aluminium, colorbond, zincalumn, galvanised, stainless steal, box gutters, valley's, slate, shingles and all tiles.
Caution: The use of dissimilar metal screens and fasteners will cause extensive damage through electrolysis and corrosion to gutters, valley's and roofs.
